FAQ

1. You will receive an email titled "Order Confirmation Email (Automatic Delivery)".

2. Orders placed between 9:01am on business days and 9:00am the next business day will be checked by our staff on the next business day and an order confirmation email will be sent to you with the subject "【Please read】Notice regarding your order from h-factory." If there are any errors in the order information, we will inform you by separate email.

3. "●●" will ship within 1-2 business days, and "Yamato Transport" will ship so that it arrives on the desired delivery date.

4. Once shipping is complete, we will send you a shipping completion email.

As a general rule, we only accept cancellations before an order has been confirmed.

*If you cancel an order paid with PayPal, you will be charged a PayPal cancellation fee of 40 yen. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that we do not accept any cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
