About sales

- Products will be shipped within 4 business days after the order is completed.
・Items that are out of stock will be sold on a pre-order basis.
Since we place an order after receiving your order, it will take some time for delivery. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

Purchase process
(1) Select the product you want.
(2) Add the product to your cart.
(3) Check your cart.
Please check that your order details are correct and then click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
If the item is out of stock at this point, for example if another customer has already purchased the item, a message will be displayed stating that the item is out of stock.
(4) Please complete the purchase procedure.
Please enter your "customer information", "shipping method" and "payment method" according to the instructions.
(5) After checking the details, click the "Payment" button.
(6) Your purchase will be completed.
(7) You will receive an order confirmation email. This email will be your copy, so please keep it until you receive the product.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product,

If the item is in stock, we will exchange it, if not, we will accept a return.

If you wish to return an item even though it is exchangeable (in stock), we regret to inform you that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
